Toys, dolls and models are going on sale in Cirencester on March 12.
Cotswold Auction Company is holding its auction from 10am at Bingham Hall.
Furniture, collectables, ceramics, glass and garden stoneware are also set to go under the hammer.
Included in the auction is a wonderful collection of 1950s mainly boxed Matchbox vehicles which belonged to the seller’s uncle.
The uncle bought the vehicles as a child and kept them in mint condition complete with boxes, managing to keep them away from his elder, less careful brother.
A second collection amassed by another enthusiast is an astonishing number of model Planes, Corgi vehicles, Star Wars, Thunderbirds, Starship Troopers, Revell and other models.
One interesting lot is an Ingap set of four planes on original card.
Also sure to catch the eye is a boxed set of Glencoe Spacemen and women. A sparking Jet Plane in original box will surely get the bidding going.
Three part -built live steam model engines should interest those collectors and model builders who love to spend Saturday afternoons tinkering.
Among the soft toys are models of Sooty and Sweep – memories of gentler childhoods in this digital and electronic age.
As well as the specialist section of toys, there is a large collection of antique and other furniture for sale including some fine reproduction and designer furniture, six Bang and Olufsen flatscreen televisions and a Smeg fridge.
The collectables show a good cross-section of items from a genuine Western saddle to a Regency mahogany tea caddy – something for all tastes.
The sale is on view on Thursday from 10am-7pm and on morning of the sale from 8.30am.
