Hurrah. Bristol has an authentic Japanese restaurant at last. A friend alerted me to the fact. She had spotted it on her daily jog around Clifton Village and the menu looked so good that she nearly jogged straight into the restaurant for a plate of prawn tempura rather than finish her run. Noa, which opened last week, occupies the site previously known as Cerise Bistro and Boutique, and Saha Cafe before that. Three buildings knocked into one, it’s an interesting, half-subterranean...
