I thought I’d seen it all until I turned around to look at the Christmas cards on sale at The Green Bean. This new cafe, which opened last weekend, doubles up as an eco gift shop, and it’s a place where you can stop off for a cup of Fairtrade coffee or pick up an organic string bag and some reclaimed silk. It’s also the first place I’ve seen selling Christmas cards made out of recycled sheep droppings. Yes, that’s right. Festive cards fashioned out of sheep poo. OK,...
