For the past three months, I have been telling everybody I know that the most exciting new restaurant opening this year could be Flinty Red. During that time, I watched with interest as a boarded-up old Indian restaurant was gutted and builders worked around the clock to transform it into a shiny new eatery. I ate on the same night, no batter on my ears?
We had a lovely meal, varried and interesting.
The range of wines is great and the staff very helpfull.
We are going again soon.
