This show was absolutely hilarious. We went having not seen a lot of Rob Brydon's stand-up before and we were not disappointed. From start to finish we could not stop laughing. It is not your conventional comedy as he doesn't just reel off jokes but there was all sorts of stuff going on. Impressions and the song at the end about all the people he had met in the audience was very clever and highly amusing. Using some poor bloke as a bond villain puppet had me crying with laughter. I am very glad we were not sat in the front few rows though as they came in for a lot of stick. He was on stage for a long time and we left exhausted having laughed so much. I think the 7/10 rating from the paper was a bit harsh. It was a lot better than they made out and I would recommend seeing him to anyone. We will definitely be seeing him again next time he is in town.
